In 2020, I joined the Department of Innovation and New Approaches to Health Care. Shortly after I started, the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, prompting a rapid shift toward telemedicine and other forms of digital care to minimize in-person contact. While this transformation was significant, my primary responsibility focused on personal health records. The goal was to ensure that all citizens could access their medical records and contribute information through their personal apps. Individuals also had the option to grant partial access to healthcare professionals and family members, putting them in control of their own health data.
